Q	We already have a Non-Geographic Number but it is expensive. Can you help?

Q	We have more than one office, can we have similar numbers?
A	Of course you can...
	» It is common for us to be able to provide similar or sequential numbers for all of your telephone and fax lines across all of your offices. Q	What is Customer Controlled Routing?
A	This is where you control your own routing
	» By using our unique online control panel you can reroute calls made to your Non-Geographic Number to any fixed UK landline almost instantly - even if it's the middle of the night!

Q	We've placed an order with you, when can we publish our new number?
A	As soon as it is working properly
	» You can publicise your numbers as soon as they are connected and in full working order. We cannot emphasise strongly enough not to publicise your numbers before they are connected. Although highly unlikely, it is possible there may be an unexpected delay before your number is connected, or we cannot give you the number you requested. Any money spent publicising the number would therefore be wasted. Bear in mind that numbers are generally ready for use almost instantly.

Q	How will the deployment of Non-Geographic Numbers effect our current service?
A	It won't
	» Customers who have your current 01 or 02 telephone number will still be able to call without a problem. However, it is in their interests to call you on your Non-Geographic Number as it may be cheaper for them. All option packs that you have, for example, Caller ID or Call Divert will remain unaffected.

Q	We've placed an order for Non-Geographic Numbers. What happens now?
A	Well we will connect the numbers and then they are ready for your use...
	» Our automated system does a lot of the hard work for us and so your selected numbers should be ready for use within 60 minutes. However, please note that there can sometimes be an unexpected delay (for example if there is a lot of people connecting numbers). If your numbers do not work within 24 hours please let us know so that we can rectify this on your behalf. Once the numbers are connected we will either post or email you an invoice.

Q	Can you give us cheaper outbound telephone calls?
A	We can try.... Fax us your bill
	» There is a lot of competition in the telecommunications market at the moment and we are aware that looking around for an alternative provider can be time consuming and complex. We have several agreements with various providers and so if you fax us your latest telephone bill on 0871 288 1028 we will conduct a full analysis and offer you advice on how we may be able to help.
